ST. PETERSBURG - Bayfront announces the opening of Bayfront Primary Care Associates, a family practice led by Dr. Jeremy McConnell and part of Bayfront Physician Associates.

Dr. McConnell is an experienced family medicine physician whose practice provides a wide range of services for the whole family—from yearly wellness check up to injury or illness treatment and weight loss. Dr. McConnell is particularly passionate about disease prevention—especially heart disease. He is one of only a few Tampa Bay area physicians to complete a preceptorship with the Bale-Doneen Method, a new paradigm for care that focuses on disease treatment rather than risk factor in the prevention of heart attack, stroke and diabetes.
